Dad had a day off. so we soaked up every second of it. We’re used to him working late, so when he’s home, we make the most of our little crew time.

Pepsi got to come out with us found thr only sunny spot on the blanket like the queen she is. We all lounged in the shade of the tree in our tiny backyard, which honestly feels like it gives us a gentle hug. Alice surprised us and ventured off the blanket and into the grass, little brave feet in the green!

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, sunny with that kind of breeze that makes everything feel lighter.

These are the days I live for. The simple, slow ones that fill your heart all the way up. I hope whoever you are reading this, you got to step outside and enjoy a little slice of lovely with your own loves.
