Planning Ahead Still Isn’t Enough Sometimes

Whew. I crammed every ounce of spare time I had into designing these cool bag tags for my nephews’ baseball bags. They weren’t perfect, but between wrangling Alice, making dinner, and tending to our queen senior kitty, it was a whole lot of start-and-stop over two days.

Of course, I ran into filament clogs in the printer. Had to rush order different filament. You know, just the usual chaos. And here’s the kicker, I actually started this project in advance! Because that’s the prepper in me: I plan, I prep, and life still laughs and throws curveballs.

Truth is, 3D printing isn’t for the faint of heart. For every win, there’s a fail. And while that might not be the best stat sheet, it is a pretty great recipe for learning.

So here’s to the next project. Hopefully with more time, fewer clogs, and at least one cat nap in between.
