Listen. I love a good baby product, especially the fancy ones that promise to fix everything from dry skin to a bad mood. But dang, you’d think Tubby Todd all over ointment was made with liquid gold the way it’s priced. And your girl? She’s thrifty. I want things to last.
So I had a genius (and slightly desperate) idea. I grabbed a little spray bottle, scooped in some of that precious ointment, added a splash of water, shook it up, and boom. Lotion spray. It makes it stretch, goes on easier, and uses way less product. I didn’t expect it to turn into such a fun little moment with Alice, but she loves it. She giggles like it’s a spa day made just for her.
It’s kind of a mom hack, kind of a science experiment, and mostly just a win.
So if you’ve ever looked at that near-empty bottle of expensive baby cream and thought “not today,” this one’s for you. A little spray bottle, a little water, and suddenly lotion time isn’t a wrestling match. It’s a misty, magical breeze.
