Alright, so I tried the Sonic Picklerita Slush… and I’m still not sure what I was expecting. A margarita vibe? A pickle juice slushie with a twist? Who knows. What I got was a drink that was definitely pickle-forward and slightly salty. It was slightly sweet, not sour, just… briny.

Was it awful? No. Was it good? Also no.

It was more of an experience than a treat. One of those “well, now I can say I’ve tried it” kind of things. If you’re a die-hard pickle lover, you might enjoy it. Me? I’m good. I scratched the itch and I won’t be ordering it again.

But hey, life’s too short not to try weird drinks every now and then.
