We’re always experimenting in the kitchen, and tonight was no exception. I made a variation of sweet potato and pork curry, and I’ll be honest, it tasted a bit different than what we’re used to… but not in a bad way! It had this sweet-meets-savory vibe that kept me going back for bites just to figure it out.

The real MVP though? The garlic naan. That stuff hit with this dish. I could’ve skipped the fork and just scooped it all up with the bread.

Not sure if it’ll make it into our regular rotation, but it was definitely worth the try.

Bonus Alice didn’t mind it either!
